The Arizona Republic - Billing is screwed up EVERY month.
I haven't had a consistent bill for 2 years. I started having the bill automatically taken from my checking account and found that when I notified them that I had missed a delivery they would not credit my bill.
So, I stopped auto-pay and paid online. They somehow screwed that up. Now I write a check every month for different prices EVERY SINGLE MONTH. It must be a California thing with a bunch of idiots in the billing department.
Try explaining it to *** to no avail.
Then I get a bill charging me $4.00 extra for a "premium edition"!!
I don't WANT or NEED an extra "BOOK" of *** that I don't read. When the old man tips over I will cancel the POS newspaper that same day.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
