I have a charge on my credit card bill that I do not recognize or have any record of. I don't subscribe to your newspaper, but I do seem to get advertisements about your paper from time to time.

Can you please tell me why there is a charge of $15.98 on 9/01/24 on my credit card?

The articles written are two days past when things have happened. I get more current/actual information from TV news so I don't need to read articles that are two days old.

IMO the Sunday edition is just fluff and don't even read it. I'm cancelling my subscription after 29 years.

Missing paper on Sunday and today. Please deliver or credit my account.

The Sunday was cased in a plastic bag and it got all wet and soggy. I have already called your office to report it and no one has re-delivered another new paper

High cost and ever-changing comics. They just don't get it.

There is someone at the paper who thinks they own it and can just change it to their liking. They have no idea that there are other people reading it. PLUS, it is a Republican paper. Not as bad as Fox News, but they are on the right and certainly not in the middle.

But at least we have a paper. I suspect they will raise the price in the next few weeks.

I.was a paperboy for you back in the early 70s and have read you paper for most of my 68 years. I would never carry for a rag as that is how it has become.

Your canceling favorite comics and getting people with homophobic and prejudice dogma in your opinion page , and following the maga line.

And not letting the people vent on the page that was for us the people. I know times change but a newspaper should always have the customers welfare on their mind.

We are left leaning folks living in Blue Tucson. This newspaper is a radical right leaning paper.

When we first started reading it, we enjoyed the news they provided but as time goes on, we now realize they are Maga Republicans pushing their agenda. We wont be reading this paper anymore.

You have completely given up the reporting of the news in the Sunday paper. The new format is terrible.

In addition, it seems the daily reporting of sports is a day late. It seems your either not giving the proper resources to the sports page or you're trying to discourage the use of the written word to force more online stuff.

I am the front desk at Truewood by Merrill. We get 6 newspapers delivered here for 6 different residents.

Some of our papers are missing everyday. I am wondering if we can change where the paper is being delivered everyday to a new location?

This is getting infuriating! Why can't they deliver the newspaper daily! Always at least 2 days each week is just doesn't come!

Signed up for Sunday and Wednesday delivery. Have got paper on Sundays but nothing on Wednesdays. I tried to call but you are closed

Customer service is in the Philippines, which means it is hard to communicate with them. I get papers dropped on my driveway when service is on hold.

I frequently don't get a paper when I am in town. When I call to complain, I get lots of apologies, but nothing improves. Wishing there was an alternative.

Wish I could speak to someone else about the problems. Wish I could rate them lower.
