My bill should be $37 per month. This month my bill is $59.

It is different every month. When I call your customer service , I just get false and misleading and deceptive information from your service people. Why cant you just be honest and bill the same thing every month? I waste hours with continued calls to you for an explanation each month.

The $5 extra for Thanksgiving was particularly despicable. I did not sign uyp for extra fees. I want billing transparency.

You are cheating and misleading to get extra revenue by your convoluted system. Stop it and be honest

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Bill same amount every month.

I didn't like: Constantly increasing subscription fees, Deceptive practices.
