We had to call yesterday to get our Sunday paper and again today we don’t have a paper.. we have only been getting the paper for a week and already didn’t get two papers..

this is the exact reason why we canceled before.. we even tipped the delivery person $5.00 hoping we would receive our paper..

I can tell you if someone doesn’t call my husband and explain to him why he isn’t getting his paper, he will cancel again.. I see why people quit getting your paper!!

I have moved and need my delivery address changed. HELP

see below On Oct 22, I signed up for 2 moinths Wed & Sun issues on a special promo. Nothing was said about having to pay for extra edtions during the 60 day promo period.

Today you charged my bank account $14.04, 2 weeks ahead of the end of the promo period. Upon calling and talking to 3 different people, I was told that I was charged $5,00 for the Thanksgiving issue. Since there was no money in my account, they charged me for January. We have a dispute about me being told about paying for extra isues druing the promo periold.

I was never told this during the phone call to subscribe for the promo period, especially $5.00 for the Thanksfiving issue. The supervisor told me he could cancel the balanace of December delivery which would give me a credit for $7.22. Begrudingly I said OK, send me $7.22 and we'll call it even. "Oh we can't do that...we don't make refunds for under $10.00.

We can give it to your carrier of to charity." Give me a break!!! And I was planning to subscribe for regular delivery in January...

Something is wrong with this picture, folks. I ended up paying $26.00 for promo that was advertised for $12.00, Baa Humbug!
