The Arizona Republic - Why is it for two days in a row we have not received our newspaper?

We had to call yesterday to get our Sunday paper and again today we don’t have a paper.. we have only been getting the paper for a week and already didn’t get two papers..

this is the exact reason why we canceled before.. we even tipped the delivery person $5.00 hoping we would receive our paper..

I can tell you if someone doesn’t call my husband and explain to him why he isn’t getting his paper, he will cancel again.. I see why people quit getting your paper!!

According to The Arizona Republic FAQs, Phoenix metro-area home delivery subscribers can expect to receive their newspaper no later than 5:30 a.m. Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. on Saturdays and 6:30 a.m. on Sundays. Your account will be credited for missed newspaper and an electronic replica will be sent to you upon notification to the customer service department at 602-444-1000 or 1-80*-332-6733 if you live outside the Phoenix area.

Well we never received it and who wants it electronically!! It was missed 3 times after this complaint.. we cancelled the paper!!
